We offer transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and costs to ensure that you can make informed decisions with confidence.
We use USPS Ground Advantage to bring you reliable delivery and transparent tracking. It typically takes 3-6 days for delivery, but unforeseen circumstances happen in our experience. If your package does not come on time, or is not in your mailbox once tracking says "Delivered" then please let us know so we can help solve the problem. We stand by our promise to quality and service!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At WhiteWhale | BlackPearl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be customer-centric and hassle-free. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help.
Our return & exchange policy is straightforward and focused on your satisfaction. We accept returns on products for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of the order date. Items must be in original unused conditional to qualify for the refund, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is found to be not as expected, please allow us to replace it or provide a full refund upon completion of the return.
