The thin bracelets are waxed cotton cord and will fit a child as young as 4 or 5 years old; it will also fit a large man's hand as it stretches.

The thick bracelets are macrame cord, will fit adults with larger wrists, but may be too bulky for those that work with their hands often.

The 100 knot prayer rope is satin cord.

For all bracelets, you must not overstretch it, but roll it on the hand to the wrist and it will shrink to fit after a hot shower. If overstretched, you can push each knot back together (or have someone help you as it will be on one of your wrists) and each knot will retighten.
